Online Training for Women Exercise Class
Affordable High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) at home workout for women
Virtual Bootcamp started as a temporary stop gap for a couple of weeks back in March 2020 when all of a sudden we couldn’t meet in person. It was such a success that it has evolved into a whole other class and community. Our live online exercise class is just as much fun as Body Bootcamp on the green but you can take part in the comfort of your own home or garden. Bonus! You can take part even when you are on holiday as you can see from the photo below of me while on holiday in Scotland.
Virtual Bootcamp is at 7.15-8am Monday to Friday. Membership is £40 per month for unlimited attendance. Also included in the membership is access to a growing number of On Demand recordings of the live class, only available to members. So if you are a lovely lady, (whether just getting back to exercise after having a baby, struggling with motivation in your peri-menopause years or already regularly exercising), up for a bit of fun, some hard but rewarding online workouts and want some tangible, measurable fitness gains then lets get started, click here for your joining details for your free week.
What are the Benefits of Online Training?
It’s time saving, convenient and value for money. And you won’t discover that you forgot to pack clean underwear in your gym bag once you get out of the shower! Hands up who has done that? ✋ Check out the other benefits of online exercise classes.
